Glenn D. Miller, a senior partner at Sivin, Miller, & Roche LLP, is the firm’s principal trial lawyer and a well-known lecturer on trial techniques. Mr. Miller has a degree in Political Science from the University of Rochester and received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1984. Prior to being in private practice, Mr. Miller was a supervisor of the Criminal Defense Division of the Legal Aid Society. In his early years with the Legal Aid Society, he was the youngest lawyer to be assigned homicide cases, and he went on to try dozens of homicide and other major felony cases. Since going into private practice, Mr. Miller has won several multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements in false arrest, civil rights, assault, and other police misconduct cases, and in cases involving accidents with catastrophic injuries
